FACIALS ARE GOOD FOR YOU
Hello Lovelies, Welcome to another beauty session. Our mission is to ensure that everyone’s skin is as radiant as it should be so we give you the best advice and tips on these beauty sessions to make use of the best way possible for your skin’s benefit. To maintain healthy skin, give yourself a facial at home once a week. It’s surprisingly easy and fast. Facials help get rid of excess sebum, blackheads, whiteheads as well as sooth, hydrate or exfoliate depending on your specific needs. Here is a quick facial you can do at home every week.
STEP ONE Wash your face to remove all dirt and makeup. If you have oily or combination skin, use a gentle foaming cleanser. If you have dry skin, use a cream or milk cleanser.
STEP TWO Spread a scrub onto your face to exfoliate and buff skin. Scrubs containing small, round, synthetic beads in an emollient base are safest, since natural scrubs with larger crushed nuts can have jagged edges and may tear skin. (Scrubs should never hurt.) Rinse it off.
STEP THREE Fill your bathroom sink with warm water (alternatively you can use a bowl) , dip a facecloth in, and press it onto your face one or two times.
STEP FOUR Spread a store-bought mask onto your face, avoiding the immediate eye area, and leave it on for 10 to 20 minutes. If you have oily skin, look for a clay or mud mask; if you have dry skin, apply a hydrating gel or cream mask (Use both kinds of masks on combination skin.) Rinse and pat dry with a face towel.
STEP FIVE Smooth on a soothing, basic moisturizer. Avoid antiaging products containing acids or retinols; you don’t want to overexfoliate your skin. However, severe skin conditions require the attention of a dermatologist who can diagnose, treat or prescribe proper medications.
