Traci Braxton began performing with her siblings when she was a child. By the time she was a teenager, she and her sisters had signed with Arista Records and released a moderately successful single. After her older sister, Toni Braxton, embarked on a successful solo career, Traci Braxton continued to perform with her other sisters, until her pregnancy caused their record label to drop her from the group. She then began working as a social worker, focused primarily on children with disabilities. In 2011, she began appearing on the BET reality show, "Braxton Family Values", which follows the Braxton family members as they interact with each other and pursue their various performance careers. The Braxtons are an American R&B girl group consisting of sisters Toni Braxton, Traci Braxton, Towanda Braxton, Trina Braxton, and Tamar Braxton. Despite being commercially unsuccessful, the group's first single, "Good Life", led to oldest sister Toni Braxton's acclaimed solo career. All five members reunited in 2011 to star in the WE tv reality show Braxton Family Values alongside their mother, Evelyn Braxton. The Braxtons and Toni Braxton sing the show's theme song. The Braxtons' parents are Rev. Michael Braxton Sr. and opera singer Evelyn Braxton. Congrats Traci Braxton on your new album
