Former Bayelsa State governor, Chief Diepreye Alamieyesegha Son passes on in Dubai. His name is Oyams Alamieyeseigha. It was gathered that he died in controversial circumstances on Sunday afternoon where he was undergoing studies in University. A source said the body of the deceased, the fourth of five children of the Alamieyeseighas, was found laying face down on the road side.According to the source, Oyams might have been strangled to death and his body dumped on the road side.But another source revealed that his body was found in the pool of his blood on the staircase in the family house in Dubai.The source said it was being suspected that Oyams might have committed suicide.A family source confirmed the demise of Oyams on Monday. Chief Diepreye Alamieyesegha was governor of Bayelsa State from 1999 to 2005.
